Standard setting Certification

ESIA audit : a customized certification service for the sugar and ethanol sector with social, communal and environmental targets.

ESIA certification is a procedure by which ESIA gives written assurance that a product process or service is in keeping with international standards but, unlike the other bodies of non specialized certifications, is an assurance that is well adapted to the sugar and ethanol sector.

ESIA has constructed its certificate based on the specific standards of the sugar and ethanol sectors whilst also respecting commonly accepted international standards. Certification is always done by ESIA.

This ensures that the verification is done and the assurance is provided by a party without a direct interest in the economic relationship between the supplier and buyer.
